Hushville is a Burning Man village that is open to anyone who wants to camp with us, provided they abide by three simple rules:
- No generators of any kind, of any size, at any time.
- No amplified sound.
- Leave No Trace! No trace of your presence or the presence of Hushville.
Who Camps With Hushville?
The village has a diverse population. While most of our campers come from the USA and Canada, we have many other countries represented as well. Some people have been coming to Burning Man since the 1990s; for others, it’s their first year. Hushville also hosts a number of theme camps. We have artists, musicians, BRC volunteers, Art installation volunteers and just plain good people camping with us. So if you’re single or with a group looking to meet some GREAT people, you have found your home. We would love to have you come join us in 2018.
Where is Hushville this year?
Hushville has been placed in a new location for 2018. Our address is 6:30 and E, the check in station will be on E Street, at about 6:40.
How do I join Hushville?
We ask that you register with us. Our registration will open early July (watch for the announcement on this website) once we have been placed. Your registration guarantees you a space to camp so you can check that stress off your list.
