Call for VOLUNTEERS – On Playa Events Ambassadors & Pop-Up Events Hosts
Hello Hushville!
As we get closer to gathering in person for the first time in a LONG TIME (and for some, the FIRST TIME EVER!), we are reaching out with a few volunteer opportunities that will not only get YOU engaged, but put the PARTY back in HUSHVILLE – since we have been gone for so long.
WE NEED:
ON PLAYA EVENTS AMBASSADORS AND POP-UP EVENTS HOSTS! Is this going to be fun? Of course!
A little about each role:
On Playa Events Ambassadors – assist the Events Leads (Brother Monkey & Infinite Confetti) with all manner of Events needs – including confirming/posting the day’s activities on the Events Board and advertising via (non-amplified) word-of-mouth, the fun happenings at the Flash Cube and other event locations (Theme Camps) to your fellow HV villagers.
This not only helps us get the word out – but side bonus – you get to meet your fellow Hushvillians. WIN-WIN!
Approximate time required: up to 2 hours/shift (1 shift AM & 1 shift PM, Monday - Friday)
Pop-Up Events Hosts – Want to host an Event but haven’t had time to dream one up? NO PROBLEM!
The Events Team is coming up with a number of Pop-Up Events that we need Hosts for. These Events will tap into your creativity, and we will provide direction on HOW-TO-HOST, it’s Easy-Peasy.
SIMPLE and FUN. We need your enthusiasm and ability to make a simple event fun for those who pass by the FLASH CUBE on E Street. You can sign up to host MULTIPLE Pop-Up Events if the spirit moves you (and we hope it does!). 😊
Approximate time required: 1.5 hours (1 hour Event Host + 15 minute set up/break down)
